Fast growing with good erect plant habit for ease of harvest. The eye-catching leaves are deeply and finely lobed giving plenty of texture, ideal for bagged produce.

Black Cabbage

Winter hardy, very dark well blistered strap leaves. Flavour is said to improve after frost. Use immature as a dark savoyed brassica for salads and stir fry. When mature it has long strap leaves with a strong peppery flavour.

Dwarf Gr. Curled Afro

Tozer selection of Dwarf Green which stands severe winter weather extremely well. Good uniformity for this open pollinated variety.

Red Russian Kale

Tender, colourful speciality for bunching and baby leaf. Leaves are flat with purple/red veins, colour intensifies with cooler temperatures. Grey-green feathery leaves with a touch of purple on the stems. A distinctive shape and texture for salad packs. Also used for stir frying.

TZ 7262 (for trial)

The unusual shape of TZ 7262 is very eye catching. The leaves have a wonderful 3D shape and even at a baby leaf size they will give good 'bag fill'.
