Consulate F1

Tundra type. Long standing with blue-green slightly savoyed heads. Winter hardy.

Derby Day

Early ballhead summer cabbage with good resistance to bolting compared to other similar varieties. Best open pollinated variety available. Sow around 20th February in heat for early June cropping.

Pyramid F1

Hybrid Duncan type. Dark green, winter hardy for full hearts and greens production throughout the season. Good standing ability and very versatile.

Advantage F1

Hybrid variety for hearted production in spring and autumn as well as greens production for spring, summer and autumn. Good dark colour with neat appearance.

Chinese Cabbage Apex

A slow bolting barrel shaped variety with good wrappers and internal blanch. Matures in 60 days and produces heads of approx 1kg. Soft rot resistant.

Chinese Cabbage Wa Wa Sai

New novelty baby Chinese cabbage bred in Japan with lovely sweet flavour. Head weight approx 300 - 500g from spring or autumn sowing maturing in 60 days from transplanting. Suggested spacing 20 x 30cm.

Embassy F1

Very hardy, attractive heads with slightly savoyed foliage weighing on average 1kg and maturing October to March. Very good shape and colour with excellent culinary qualities, making this variety a great choice for growers.

Endeavour F1 (savoy)

The first from the Tozer Savoy cabbage breeding programme. Late maturing with dark leaves and medium blister which hearts and stands well. Sow April to May for harvest November to March.

Endurance F1 (savoy)

Our latest Savoy variety. Produces a small to medium, blue/green, compact heads January to April colour. In trials it has been found to go into the winter small and then fills out and with good clean appearance.

First Early Market 218

Tozer improved selection of this variety with good entire leaf bases. An early maturing, large and bold variety ideal for leafy greens in March.

Frostie F1

Hybrid leafy green which is very slow to heart and is slow bolting. Keeps its colour well with short stalks and a good leaf base.

Hotspur F1

Attractive green colour, solid heads which mature to 800g - 1kg for late August/September production. Displays a short internal core and is noted for good flavour.

January King Hardy Late

Developed by Tozer to be a very hardy, uniform variety suitable for late crops. The standard of this type.

Marabel F1 (Jan. King)

The original Tozer January King hybrid. High yielding and very long standing, Marabel matures from November onwards with a large dense head.

Myatts Offenham compacta

Dark green leaves with quick hearting ability. Excellent for compact greens production during early spring. Short internodes with an attractive base and good resistance to early bolting.

Noelle F1 (Jan. King)

Maturing from mid October, Noelle is long standing with good head weight and colour. Ideal size for retail packs.

Offenham 3 Wintergreen

A very good Tozer selection of this popular variety. Early, with good colour for greens production.

Pixie

Bred for early production in spring right through until November. Small compact variety with good colour. Can also be used for early hearted production.

Providence F1 (savoy)

An attractive dark blue - green early midseason Savoy with fine, deeply blistered leaves. Solid, well filled, round heads of 0.7 - 1.2kg are produced, with a short core and excellent eating qualities.

Red Flare

Medium-size round heads with a short core. Dark red in colour with a sweet flavour.

Red Meteor

Early open pollinated variety with round heads.

Resolution F1 (savoy)

A midseason Savoy for mid October - mid December harvesting. Mid green and attractive with solid round heads. Sow April to May.

Roulette F1

A highly attractive Dutch White x hybrid. The medium sized green heads are a good round shape, dense with a short core and sweet taste. Roulette is adapted to Northern and Southern European growing regimes and crops in the autumn and early winter. The plants will stand reasonably cold weather producing heads weighing approx 1kg.

Sherwood F1

Extremely versatile hybrid with solid dark green heads of very sweet flavour. Average head weight of 1kg with short internal core. Crops August to October with good holding ability.
