Traditional purple headed broccoli type. Normally crops in February and March from late May sowings. Can be frost damaged in the spring.
Red Lion
Cauliflower type, matures later than Rosalind producing deep well coloured heads for cropping in October/November even into December if low frost risk. Heads are deep set in leaves on a vigorous plant.
Rosalind
Broccoli type, fast maturing variety for autumn cutting (sow late May and June) with medium sized heads on open plants.
