Amaranth Garnet Red

An intense, red selection more vigorous than Red Amaranth, can be cut young as a sprig to add colour to salads. Grows well in warmer areas.

Basil Christmas

A beautiful plant with gorgeous big flowers, the aroma and flavour are unique and best described as Christmas with a hint of pine. Christmas basil is a Tozer bred variety.

Basil Crimson King

A Tozer bred, red Genovese type basil with excellent flavour and no green 'off-types'. Improved colour, leaf shape and vigour compared to Red Rubin. Plant breeder's rights applied for.

Basil Genovese

Standard thyme type with small, dark green leaves and robust growth.

Chives fine leaf

Thin, cylindrical onion like leaves which form into grass like clusters and have a delicate flavour. Not as coarse as standard chives.

Developed by Tozer to have frilly leaves and a subtle taste. Confetti is Ideal for bunching and for use as a garnish. It's unique shape means that it is less susceptible to leaf damage than other corianders. Plant breeders' rights applied for.

Basil Puck

A compact Genovese basil bred specially for pot production and sold exclusively by Tozer Seeds. Seed is free of Fusarium oxysporum

Basil Red Rubin

A red/purple basil grown for both culinary and ornamental purposes. Has green off-types.

Chervil Plain

Common variety, used for seasoning and salads. A very versatile culinary herb.

Coriander Bilbo

A Tozer bred variety with compact habit ideal for pot production. Quick growing foliage does not flop over when growth pushed. Fast bolting.

Coriander Calypso

A Tozer bred variety which is substantially slower to bolt than any other coriander available. In our trials it is consistently 3 weeks slower to bolt than Santos. Plant breeder's rights granted.

Coriander Santos

The benchmark variety for field grown coriander. Santos combines slow bolting with an upright habit and excellent flavour.

Dill Dukat

A high yielding variety, easy to grow and widely used as a flavouring.

Parsley Bravour

An outstanding variety with dark green, fine curled foliage said to have exceptional flavour. For spring, summer and overwinter use. Grows to form a compact plant.

Parsley Champion

Our own selection of Moss Curled type. Finely curled with good texture and good leaf production.

Parsley Frison

Darker than Moss Curled, high yielding and very well suited to bunching. Can overwinter.

Parsley Giant Italian-Oscar

A selection producing large, bold plain leaves with exceptional flavour. Very vigorous and productive. The long petioles hold the leaves well clear of the ground for ease of harvesting.
