Green Revolution

Slow bolting, green stemmed pak choi suitable for UK spring and autumn sowings. It's compact upright habit gives good head weights and is less prone to yellowing and disease.

Rising Sun

Dark purple red upper leaves with contrasting green stems and undersides makes this variety stand out. Rising Sun is vigorous and has an upright habit. Can be harvested for bunching or left to mature.

Summer Breeze

A heat tolerant variety which is suitable for UK summers as well as autumn. Plants are slightly taller than Green Revolution and have a high leaf count. Bacterial soft rot and white rust resistant.

Bonsai

A hybrid dwarf type with typical short, sturdy white leaf stalks and dark green slightly savoyed leaves with a mild and crunchy flavour. Plant height 12 to 14cm. Slower bolting than other white varieties.

Cantong White

An open pollinated white stemmed pak choi. Broad and relatively short. Suitable for baby leaf and whole head production.

Choko F1

Green petioled hybrid well adapted for summer production. Plants are upright and compact with excellent eating quality.

Hanakan F1

High quality compact, green stemmed with dark green leaves. Ideal for baby leaf and baby head.

Ivory

This slow bolting variety has dark green leaves and succulent white stems that can be harvested from the 'baby' stage onwards. Very versatile - try it in salads, stir-fry dishes, steamed as a vegetable or gently braised.

Red Pak Choi

A well presented, round maroon-red leaf with a thin stem making it ideal as baby leaf. The underside of the thick leaf is purple with contrasting green veins.

Shuko F1

A sister line to Choko but more adapted for autumn and spring production.
