Peppers - Chili

Caribbean Antillias

Red fruiting Scotch Bonnet with quite large globular shaped fruits, 5 x 3cm in size. Used for cooking and ideal for sauces. Extremely pungent with a strong aroma.

Caribbean Red Habanero

A red fruiting Habanero but with even more fiery heat, later maturing and with higher yields.

Fresno Chilli Supreme

Produces uniform conical shaped dark green fruits of good uniformity. Fruits weigh approx 20g and are 7.5cm in length, tapering to a point. Ideal for green and red fresh market production.

Golden Heat F1

New bright orange Serenade type. Produces smooth straight green with fruits ripening to orange. Very vigorous with good shelf life at maturity. Ideal for use in mixed prepacks with red fruits.

A Cayenne type chilli with a difference! Although the fruits are shaped and coloured the same they grow up to 8" (20 cm) long - and sometimes even longer. They mature from green to a rich red and have lovely spicy heat.

Padron

Spanish `Tapas' pepper. Fruits are conical, slightly wrinkled with a long curved stalk. Fruits should be picked at green immature stage when only a small percentage will be hot!

An early Habanero type. Extremely prolific.

Prairie Fire

The Prairie Fire is an ornamental pepper. The Prairie Fire Chilli reaches maturity in approximately 89 days after transplanting. The plant of Prairie Fire Chilli is a dwarf plant- growing about 15 cm high and spreading 30 cm in width. The fruit of Prairie Fire Chilli is short and pointed with a length of 1.5 cm and a diameter of 0.5 cm. The Prairie Fire Chilli has yellow, orange and red peppers growing through the top of the foliage, and ideal for canning, pickling or simply added to salsa.

Big Sun

Extremely productive yellow fruiting variety with heavy yields. Fruit size 6.5 x 5.5cm ripening green to bright yellow.

Habanero Orange

Produces small lantern shaped fruits ripening green to orange. Much slower to fruit than other varieties but extremely hot.

Hercules F1

Hybrid jalapeno variety well suited to the UK with excellent cracking resistance. Fruits ripen green to red, though best picked at green stage for highest quality. Fruits are 10 x 2.5cm slightly tapered with a blunt point. Well suited for long season production. Ideal for pizza topping or stuffing.
